Terms & Condition

1. Cancellation Terms: 

• The client is advised to arrange holiday insurance to give protection in the event that the client is unable, for any reason, to take up the holiday package at the agreed time.
• The client should notify JG Golf Vietnam JSC of any cancellation immediately.
• Cancellation will be calculated from the day the written notification is received by the customer or company as a percentage of the net total tour price as shown plus any surcharges (e.g. ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as golfing’s & hotels):

More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of total booking value + 10% government tax of deposited amount + All penalties imposed by suppliers include golfing, hotel and transportation.

From 30 days prior to arrival or no show: No refundable.

2. Force majeure

Both parties A and B are solely responsible for damages due to changes or cancellations in force majeure cases such as: disease outbreaks, earthquakes, natural disasters, accidents, fires, wars, etc. terrorism, riots or policy changes of the Vietnamese Government and local authorities that affect or make it impossible for the parties to perform their obligations under this contract.
In case due to force majeure, customers cannot depart on the scheduled time, both parties will agree to postpone the departure date to the nearest time.
