Outstanding characteristics
Harmonie Golf Park is situated in the growing northern outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City. Unveiled in 2018, this championship course features 18 holes and a par-72 design by Jim Engh.
What sets it apart from other contemporary sub-tropical courses is its extensive use of Bermuda grass throughout the entire course. The tees and fairways are covered with 'Celebration Bermuda' grass, which boasts a striking deep blue color. Meanwhile, the greens are adorned with mini-dwarf Tiff-Eagle grass. This combination ensures that players can enjoy fast and consistent playing surfaces all year round at Harmonie Golf Park.
The landscape of the golf course is gently undulating and provides a range of hole styles, including shorter par-4s and longer par-5s. Players with different skill levels can enjoy the course by strategically choosing tees that suit their distance capabilities. The design of the course is characterized by water and rock elements, which enhance both its visual appeal and overall interest. The standout hole on the course is the 16th, a distinctive par-3 with a green complex shaped like a bowl. While visually appealing, this design feature funnels all balls towards the center, making it challenging to achieve par on this hole.
