Nanhu Golf & Country Club is located in Guangzhou City of South Lake Village tourist resort, backed by the Baiyun Mountain, close to South Lake waves. Convenient transportation: It is only 15 minutes drive from Baiyun International Airport about, 30 minutes drive from  the train station, 30 minutes drive from city.



Nanhu Golf & Country Club situated at the foot of green and picturesque White Cloud Mountain and beside the scenic Nanhu Lake,the golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus & Surphan Ngamijitsuksri. Mr. Nicklaus includes the towering mountain, the graceful lake and elegant villas in the course, which is about 10 km from Guangzhou City proper. This golf course occupies the best location in Guangzhou City Proper with an excellent natural and ecological environment.



Introduction to the course : With an area of 180 hectares,the Nanhu Rural golf Club has two courses each having 27 holes/72 Par/9654 Yards, up to the international standards. The construction of this golf course was invested by the Hong Kong Fokming Development Limited and several strong enterprise groups,and developed and operated by the Guangzhou Service & Tourism Development Corporation, involving a total investment of 100 million US dollars.



Nanhu Lake is an ideal place to entertain oneself. In the park, tourists can fully appreciate the views of various plants, such as Pinang, Chinese fan palms, and other tropical trees. There is a garden with hundreds of precious flowers and bamboo, containing three attractive inner gardens, the Chinese herbal gardens with over 200 kinds of Chinese herbs, the orchid gardens and the bonsai gardens. A visit in the gardens will reward you with not only abundant knowledge but also the pleasures of natural beauty.

Above the lake, there is a nine-arch scenic bridge and a long bank where you can get a view of the lake. Fish eateries will also provide you with delicious local food. Either boating on the lake or fishing at the shore can indeed offer you an escape from the pressures of the city life. In addition, there is a museum set up in 1984 in order to commemorate two uprisings in history. It was constructed in the Guangxi folk style which is also worth visiting.
